OBITUARY
Born Anthony Andre Welch, Jr. , on June 24, 1986, Christopher Bernard Galloway (also known as Jalil Moore and TruthFest), age 25, passed away at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, on Tuesday, February 21 , 2012.
Chris endured some challenges as he stepped out and struggled to find himself. Some of the challenges caused him to stumble and some of them made him stronger. Chris enjoyed music and had aspirations of becoming a rapper. He loved the Lord, Jesus Christ, at an early age and devoted his life to enriching the lives of others with love, joy and music.
On November 22, 2008, Chris held his first and only child, Sariyah Z. Hardy in his loving arms. As he looked into her precious face, he knew his life had been changed for the better.
He is survived by his loving parents Anthony and Deborah Welch, daughter; Sariyah Z. Hardy, six sisters; Anaya Bryson, Abriauna, Catherine, Christina and Alena Welch, Joria Smith, three brothers; Zacorey Smith, Jonathan and Emmanuel Stegall. He also leaves behind Bianca Armani, his maternal grandfather James White, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
