After the passing of his biological parents, Mrs. Alene Harris, Mrs. Gloria Farley and Mrs. Alice Harrison served as his role model parents for many years, along with others whose paths he crossed. Mr. Franklin was gifted in song and he had a special love for children. Mr. Franklin was a well-mannered and polite individual who will be deeply missed by all.
