Uhe Obituary
Turner Flagg was born to John and Missouri Flagg on February 22, 1906 in Macon, Georgia. He moved to Detroit, Michigan as a youth to find his way in the world with the love and support of his pa rents . He settled in Detroit where he met and married Mary Bell Chaik now deceased. Thereafter he worked for the Ford Motor Company for thirty years or more before ill health forced his retirement.
Three children were born, one daughh~r and two sons who cherish his memory: Dorothy Pemberton, joseph Turner Flagg and Abraham Flagg. He is also survived by : M.S.N . Lillian McCarty, sister, Detroit, Michigan; Susan Barnes, sister, New York City; John F. Flagg, brother, Buffalo, N.Y.; Ella Mae Ware, ni ece, Macon, Georgia; Patricia Culp, niece, Buffalo, N.Y.; Subrena Mangaroo, niece, New York City; Charles Smith, nephew; four grandchildren: Tisha Flagg, Adon Pemberton, Covel W . Pemberton and Marlo Pemberton, ail of Detroit, Michigan; and many cousins and friends.
He was a friend amongest friends and a r 1an amongest men, to his family he gave the fuil measure of love.
