Please don't say that I gave up, Just say that I gave in. Don't say I lost the battle, for it was God's war to lose or win. Please don't say how good I was, but that I did my best; Just say I tried to do what's right.
To give the most I could, not to do less. Please don't give me wings or halos, that's for God to do;
I was no more than I deserve, no extras~ just my due. Please don't give me flowers or talk in harsh tones;
Don't be concerned about me now. I'm well with God, I've made it home.
"To be absentfrom the body, is to bepresent with the Lord." II Corinthians 5:8

I'm sorry I had to leave you, my loved ones oh so dear, butyou see the Master called me and His voice was very clear! I had made my reservation, a Heaven Bound ticketfor one andI knew that He would call me when He felt my work was done. I know that your hearts are heavy because I have gone away, but when the Master called me, I knew that I could notstay. Yes,
I'm sorry I had to leave you my loved ones oh so dear, butyou see, the Master called me and now I am resting here. Author, Unknown

A Tribute to Our E.J.

E.J. you left us so quickly
We didn't get achance to say goodbye.
We were taught not to question God But yet we must still wonder why
The Lord took our husband, father; grandfather, uncle, andfriend? We appreciate our Angel He gave us in the sky, But we miss our E.J. here on Earth It wasn't time for us to say goodbye. We know you and Uncle Daniel are fishing In God.'s great ocean on high.
In your memories we may find comfort, In the tears and silence ofthe night.
We know you would want us to be strong Stick together and we'll all be alright.
Ofcourse our tears inay slowly cease to flow,
But rest assured your 11little rabbits" will know ofour E.J. As they continue to grow
For we willforever mourn the loss ofour great family man Our husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and dear friend.
