The Reverend Dr. Aaron L. Parker, Pastor Officiating
Mrs. Valdez Beaugard Deboe was born in Paducah, Kentucky on October 31, 1954 to the late Harry Beaugard and the late Delores Beaugard. Along with her four siblings, she was educated in the Paducah Public School System, graduating from Paducah Tilghman High School in 1972. Valdez attended Western Kentucky University and Murray State University, receiving her Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree from Murray State University.
Valdez accepted Christ in her life at an early age when she joined Mount Olive Free Will Baptist Church in Paducah, Kentucky. Upon mo"ving to West Palm Beach , Florida, in 1995, she joined Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Reverend Gerald Kisner. When she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, she united with Zion Hill Baptist Church in 2007 where she served faithfully in the SIS Ministry.
Valdez worked in management in the restaurant industry for ten years; however, the majority of her career was built on her selfowned businesses in the graphic arts industry. She was the owner of "Valdez Originals", "Jus' Clowning", and most recently, "World of Valdez". Her creativity and proficiency in calligraphy caused her to be sought out by many clients for innovative and elegant invitations, programs, and souvenir items.
Valdez joyously let the love of God shine through her and boldly proclaimed God's goodness. She was blessed with the gift of an encouraging and warm spirit and shared it with everyone she met. She was the creator of "Warmzies", a weekly e-mail inspirational that she shared with many. Warmzies have expanded to cards, key chains, rocks and other gift items. Valdez used any method she could to communicate that God is in control.
Valdez made her transition on February 7, 2014. She leaves to cherish her memory, twin sons, Michael Ashanti and Mitchell Deboe of Atlanta, Georgia; one grandson, Keimeir Carlos Deboe of Atlanta ; one brother, Taronque "Shorty" Beaugard of Las Vegas, Nevada; two foster sisters, Rosetta Vinson and Violet Johnson of Paducah, Kentucky; several special friends, Sandra Powell, Mary McNicholas, Lee Anne LaBanz, Emily Smith, Chorsie and James Smith, Marilyn Cruter, and Barbara Cheives; and a host of other relatives and friends.
