Life's Profile
Frances Jean Crawford was born into time on March 12, 1948 to Rufus and Katherine Appleberry in Kingston, Georgia. She was the second child of fourteen. She joined Shiloh Baptist Church at an early age.
She married Bobby Williams arid from this union four children were born . Frances loved fishing and growing flowers which she did very well. She was employed by Seaboard Farms for many years and at the end of her service there, she worked as a cook at a healthcare facility until her own health failed .
Among those who preceded her in death include her parents; one son, Greg Crawford; and one grandson, Jasmonte' Williams. Frances departed this earthly life on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 in Parkridge Medical Center. She leaves to cherish her loving memories: one daughter, Vickie Williams of Chattanooga, TN ; two sons, Ronnie Williams of Chattanooga, TN and Lambert (Devon) of Cartersville, GA; nine grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren; eight brothers, Robert (Aijanette) Crawford, Fred (Denise) Appleberry, Melvin (Monica) Appleberry, Dennis (Darlene) Appleberry, Scott Appleberry, David Appleberry, Charles Appleberry and Kevin Appleberry all of Chattanooga, TN; five sisters, Venus (Michael) MaGahee, Lisa (Lebron) Coleman , Janet Pritchett, Mary Coleman and Lorraine Joyner all of Chattanooga, TN ; aunt, Bobbie Wooley of Detroit, Ml; a host of uncles; aunts; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
