Mr. Tony Cooper was born June 24, 1962 in Newton County, Georgia to Mrs. Ruth Davis Cooper. Tony, affectionately known as "Bulu", grew up in Newton County. He attended Newton County public schools. He was employed with Vision Equipment Inc. in Covington. Bulu was never a stranger to anyone, always looking out for the welfare of others, as well as hirnself. He was also known to his many family members and friends as "Captain Sky". He is going to be dearly missed.
He departed this earthly life March 18, 2006, leaving to cherish his memory, mother: Mrs. Ruth D. Cooper; one son: Mr. Pacino Belcher; two sisters: Ms. Cynthia (Renea) Cooper, Ms. Bernadette C ooper; two brothers: Mr. Gregory (Bubba) Cooper,
Mr. & Mrs. Stanley (Staretta) Cooper; grandmother: Ms. Pearl
Banks; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
