APPRECIATION AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
No one knows pain except one who has been afflicted by it. No one knows sorrow lest he has been caused to grieve by it. And there is no heart that can bear grievances without the warmness shown it by friends.
The family of the late , Mr. Cur tis L. Cooper J r . acknowledges with deep gratitude all kindness extended during the passing of our loved one. God bless each of you.

OBITUARY
Curtis LaGoode Cooper, Jr. was born on February 26, 1917 to the late Curtis and Marie Cooper in Macon, Georgia. He entered into eternal peace on August 9, 1999.
Curtis united with Christ at Holsey Temple C.M.E. Church at an early age and was a graduate of Fort Valley Normal School. He was Chief Cook for Pine Brook Inn and Sheraton Inn for many, many years.
For a period of fifty-eight years, he was a devoted husband to his loving wife, Vivian Ware Cooper. He is survived by three sons, Curtis L. Cooper III and Garey Cooper of Macon, Georgia and William Cooper and his wife Velma Wilcox Cooper of Atlanta, Georgia; two daughters, Sandra Cooper Moffett of Atlanta, Georgia and Vivian Dorothy Cooper of Macon, Georgia. As de from his children, he is survived by a sister, Dorothy Bonner and her husband, Lafayette. The memory of Curtis "Pops" Cooper will also be cherished by his seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Curtis will be greatly missed by all who loved and cherished him.
