A 1'ribute To Mom-My Best Friend Among all the peo Jle that I know, I picked you as my best friend. We laughed together and talked for hour~ . and hours. We had such a wonderful connection that all it took was a look and withou1 saying a word we would know what one another was sayin g. You taught me grc:at values; to put Christ first in my life, how to be a good wife, mother and homemakt-r; how to respect myself and others, how to love my husband, my children and granc.children. We had such a closeness that we even shared the same aches and pains. You ught me to love God and the church by the life that you lived before me. Now that you passed this torch to me, I hold it up to your standards above and beyond that you have taught me to do. I'm missing you nl)w; my heart is full and my eyes bum from the tears I shed. But I look back on the thing:; that we said or did and laugh about it. All that helps me to realize that even though yo11 are not here in the present, you are still with me in my heart. No one can ever take your place because you will always be my mother-my love-my best friend. I'll always thank God for our time together; it seemed so very short, we still had miles and miles to go. 3ut I saw you getting tired and I always wanted what was best for you so I had to let you go. Mom-I love you-I love you-I love you, my mother-my best friend, I'll see you in the morning.
Your daughter, Suzanne
