Earnest Clements, Jr. was born May 4, 1930 to the late Mr. Earnest Clements, Sr. and Mrs. Lola Kate Clements (Ma Kate). He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah (Hart) Clements and siblings, Ms. Annie Mae Sewell (Morris), Mr. Earnest (Marcellus) Hunter and Rev. Ike Reese.
Earnest was employed by the William L. Bonnell Company for a number of years and was later employed by]. C. Penney as a Supervisor, where he later retired. He was a devoted father who was loved dearly by his family and friends.
He is survived by three brothers: Mr. Willie Lee Clements (the late Bobbie Jean), Bishop Nelson E. Clements (Shirley) and Mr. James A. Clements (the late Annie Ruth); daughters: Mrs. Marion Cleveland (Clark), Mrs. Joanne Williams (the late Charles E.), Pastor Christine Felix (Pastor Darryl Lewis), Mrs. Debra Thompson (Darryl) and Ms. Cherita Allen; twelve grandchildren; eleven greatgrandchildren; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Someone new has entered our eternal home above. The Heaven!J gate has opened wide, To welcome the one we love. We cannot help the tears thatfal~ Our hearts need time to grieve.
When earth!J life has ended and a loved one has to leave. Yet even the saddest time, we know our Savior lives,
And we can trust complete!J, in the promise that He gives. That in a glad reunion with the Lord, Our loved ones wait to welcome us in With no more tears beyond the gate.
