Was born September 3, 1959 to Myrtle Clarke-Anderson in Kensington, Portland Jamaica.
He attended Manchione All Age School and St. Andrew Technical High School and majored in Electrical Installation. He worked for Jamaica Public Service Company. He also worked for the cruise line industry before migrating to the United States.
"Lucky" moved to the Atlanta area in 1995 and started his own business-Luck Star Construction Company. He was known for his beautiful woodwork remodeling, home improvement and his cooking.
In 1997, "Lucky" married Terri and to this union, one son was born.
He loved spending time with his friends at his favorite hangout spot, "Mr. Jonesy".
The memory of Martin will forever cherished by his wife, Terri Clarke; children, Martin Clarke, Jr., Patricia Ajayi, Gavion Clarke, Marsha Clarke, Janique Clarke, Jamila Clarke, Janiela Clarke, Alrick Clarke; one grandchild; brothers, Trenton Heckburn (Fern), Christopher Anderson, Bill Anderson (Khalila); sister, Rhona Johnstone; brother-in-law, Rickey Starr and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Martin is predeceased by his mother, Myrtle Anderson and his sister, Renetha Johnstone.
