Mrs. Josie Cavin \'tas born Aoril 7, 1869, in Pontoc, Mississippi, to t1r. and Mrs. v!ess Edwards. She attended public School there in Pontoc. She Professed hope in Christ at an early age, and \ joined St. John Baptist Church and was baptized by Rev. Watt Robinson. She later moved to Clarksdale, Mississippi, and in 1924 she moved to Chicago where she remained until her death Sunday fJovcmber 11-J , 197~.
She leaves to mourn her death one sister Mrs. Annie Peace. A host of t iec~s and Nephews and other relatives and friends.
