Age 56, unexpectedly passed away at St. John's Hospital in Detroit, Ml, on Tuesday, February 21, 2012.
Frank was born May 27, 1955, in Atlanta, Georgia. At the age of 13, Frank, along with his eldest brother, Andrew Jr. and his sister, Charlene moved to Detroit, Ml to live with their father. He attended Finney High School, and after graduation he began to work with the Chrysler Group, LLC until1993.
Shortly after, Frank focused his aspirations on his music career. Known to most as the "Music Maestro", Frank enjoyed "DJing" events. Additionally, Frank enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews, and doing for others. He could often be heard saying, "I may not be perfect, but if you need me, I will be there", and he was.
His father, Andrew Charles Cater, Sr., preceded Frank in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Patricia Cater; siblings, Andrew (Vanessa), Charlene (Washington, Sr.), Priscilla, Elise Renee (Raymond), Lalindus, Wanda, Valerie (Joe. L), Anthony(Sabrina), Darrell (Dorcas), Adream (Edward), long-time friend, Myrtle Heard, and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
