"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die,
Ecclesiastes 3:1-2a

A precious one from us is gone; a voice we loved is stiR.
A place is vacant in our hearts, which never can be fiUed.
In the midst ofa lonely heartache andmany a silent tear
There wiD always be a beautifulmemory ofone we love so dear
He wiD be missed, but never forgotten! We love you.

Stephen (Steve) Henry Bonnerwas hom January 23, 1944 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late
Roosevelt and Lillian Bonner. God called him to his heavenly home on Tuesday, June 16, 2015.
Steve was a faithful member of Allen Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Birmingham, Alabama before moving to the Atlanta area. He joined County Line United Methodist Church under the pastoral leadership of Reverend Michael Flanigan, and he faithfully worshipped until his health began to fail.
Steve was formerly educated in Birmingham Alabama. He graduated from Carol W. Hayes High School, and Lawson State Community College where he pursued a career in plumbing. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1965 and was employed by Atlanta Housing Authority as a plumber. After an early retirement, he successfully launched the Emergency Plumbing Company. He was a Master Plumber who mentored young plumbers and generously spread his passion and knowledge of plumbing to everyone he met.
On January 23, 1992, Steve united in Holy Matrimony with Thelma Clark Sales creating a blended family of nine children. He had a special and devoted love for his family.
Steve leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife of twenty-seven years, Thelma; five daughters, D'Juna, Dewanda, Tameka, Monica and Michelle; four sons, Terrance, William Ganice), Marcus and Zachery; two brothers, Richard (Deborah) Bonner of Birmingham, Alabama and Michael (Barbara) Bonner of California;

one sister, Diane Stovall of Maryland; eighteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren; nine nieces, seven nephews and a host of relatives and many dear friends.
When I am gone, release me- let me go. I have so many things to see and do.
You must not tie yourself to me with tears. Be thankful that we had so many beautiful years.
I gave to you my love, you can only guess, How much you gave to me happiness.
I thank you for the love you have shown, But now it's time I travel on alone. So grieve for me, if grieve you must,
Then let your grief be comforted by trust And keep the memories within your heart,
It's only for a time that we must part. And if you need me call and I will come, Though you can't see or touch me, I'll be near.
And if you listen within your heart You'll hear all my love, soft and clear. And then when you must come this way alone, I'll greet you with open arms and say, ''Welcome Home!"

f(Henceforth, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall

give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto them also that love His appearing."

-II Timothy 4:8

Mayigonow? Do you think the time is right? May I say Goodbye to pain filled days
and endless nights? I've lived my life and done my best,
an example I tried to be. So can I take that step beyond
and set my spirit free? I didn't want to go at first. I fought with all my might. But something seems to draw me now To a warm and loving light. I want to go, I really do. It's difficult to say. But I will try as best I can to live
just one more day. To give you time to care for me and show your love and fears.
I'll not be far, I promise that. I hope you'll always know that my spirit will be close to you. Whenever you may go.
Thank you so much for loving me. You know I love you too.
That's why it's hard to say goodbye and end this life with you.
So hold me now, just one more time and let me hear you say, because you care so much for me, you'll let me go today.

My children and grandchildren, you are all special to me;
you have big hearts and grew up in your own special way.
All of you are filled with love and joy. I love you dearly, my girls and boys
And those I am on my way to be with. When I was hurting, in pain and having a bad day,
You all knew how to make it go away. I Love you all
more and more each and everyday. Each of you means the world to me and
I thank God for sending all of youmy special Angels.
