Reflection of Joe's Life
Sorry I had to leave you, in a certain kind of way, But, I had a friend to say He needed me today. I didn 't have the time to call or even try,
s I knew you would understand, cause that the way you are. Don't
worry about the distance, cause its really not that far. Don't wait up for me, and please don't cry; Besides did you hear me say goodbye. Joe you are at peace now, no more pains, no more tears to shed, you are completely free . Sleep on dear Brother and take your rest. We love you, but God loves you best.
Mr. Joe Louis (Disco Joe) Bloodser was born October 26, 2957 to the parents of the late Ormer Lee and Horace Bloodser, Sr. He joined the Hopewell United Methodist Church at an early age. He departed his life on May 22, 2003 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA.
He attended the public school of Monroe Co. Joe was employed at Pratt Industries of Conyers, GA, until his death. Joe was one of a kind. He loved life, his family and friends. He always had a smile on his face.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a devoted wife, Mrs. Beverly M. Bloodser; two sons, Javaris (Anita) Bloodser, and Quenton D. Bloodser; six sisters, Dorothy King and Mary B. Bloodser of Forsyth, GA, Evelyn (Albert) Walker of Culloden, GA, Mary (Jessie) Durham of Thomaston, GA, Betty A. Murphy of Atlanta, GA, and Nora Simmons of Dale City, Virginia; four brothers, Willie (Cassandra) Bledsoe, Culloden, GA , Horace (Annie) Bloodser, Tommy Bloodser, and Cleveland Bloodser, all of Forsyth, GA; one aunt; four well beloved grandchildren; one sister-in-law; two brothers-in-law; a special family friend, Cathy Leary; a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
God saw you were getting weary So He did what He thought best, He carne and stood beside you And whispered, ''Come and Rest,"
You gave no one a last farewell Not even a good-bye,
You were gone before we knew it And only God knows why.
"GOD CALLED ME HOME" The time has come for me to go -
but please hold your tears, Remember me happy....
Remember me smiling as I have done throughout the years, My Father has called from up above -
I hope you understand, He reached out His hand and I grabbed hold -
see this is God's plan, I'll be with you ahvaysjust don't let the memories fade, You may not see me ...... You may not touch me but I' 11 be with you throughout the day, Don't mourn me long for my soul is free no longer bound in this vvorld of sin, By God's grace and mercy we shall surely meet again.
