"I'm Free"
Don 't gr.ieve for me, for now I'm free I 'm following the path God laidfor me I took His hand when I heard His call
I f ell asleep and left it all I could not stay another day To laugh, to love, to work or play Tasks left undone must stay that way I found that peace at the close ofearth 's day
Ifmy parting has left a void
Then jill it with rememberedjoy A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss Oh yes, these things I too will miss I wish you the sunshine oftomorrow My life's been full. I savored much Goodfriends, family, good times, loved one 's touch Perhaps my time on earth seem all to brief Don 't lengthen it now with undue grief Lift up your heads, your hearts and share with me Remember, God wanted me now, he has set me free.
