OBITUARY
Calvin Charles Bell, Jr. was born to the late Mrs. Aletha Robbie Allen Troutman and Calvin C. Bell Sr. on December 31, 1950 in Calhoun Falls, S.C. In his early years he attended C M Pitts elementary school and later graduated from Samuel H. Archer, H.S. in 1968. In 1970 Calvin married Dianne Miller on January 30, 1970 and they remained married for 44 years until the time of his death on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2014. As a small child Calvin attended Norwood Tabernacle Baptist Church and was baptized there at the age of 7. Calvin attended several churches during his life and later joined Greater New Hope Christian Assembly where he remained a member. Calvin had several jobs and later found his passion at General Furniture Leasing and worked as a truck driver/delivery person and later became a Warehouse Manager. Calvin always wore a smile and loved life; he was a hard worker, excellent provider and loved his family. He will be missed. He was also preceded in death by a devoted step-father, Fred Troutman. He leaves behind a wife, Dianne M. Bell, daughter LaPrema Diane Bell, 6 grandchildren; Tania Brown, Alandra Bell, Jasmine Bell, Sanquava Riley, Chelsea Ervin and Nathan Scott. Brother George Lee Bell (Judy) Stone Mountain, GA., Sister Jaunice Walker (Bryant) Atlanta, GA., Sister in Law Marilyn Ferrill (Larry) Atlanta, GA., Michelle Bell (Jerriel) Douglasville, GA., and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
