Obituary
"What is intportant in l~fe is not tlte triuntplt hut the .r;;truggle. "
Today we celebrate the life of Mamie Louise Eleanor Beasley and recognize the many and varied struggles she endured.
As a daughter, born to the late Louis and Tommie Lou Hill , she was the third of six children, four girls and two boys . Affectionately known as "Baby Sister" , she shared the chores, rewards, joys and defeats and "closeness" that comes from being a part of a large, loving and Godfearing family .
As a mother to Antionette. Jack , Tawan and Amir (George), she received her greatest pleasure. She loved each of her children fiercely, protectively and completely. She continuously celebrated their victories, supported their dreams and dearly loved and cherished each and every one of her ten grandchildren .
As a woman, Mamie loved as most women do, with her heart and soul. She united her life with Jack Campbell and Benjamin Beasley but realized that as a free spirit, she must move quickl y and swiftly. She recognized that time waits for no one and always looked forward to tomorrow ... knowing that tomorrow began today ...
Her free spirit made it's final landing on June 15 , 1996.
Mamie will be missed by many friends but always remembered in the hearts of her children .Mr. and Mrs . George (Antionette) Waits, Mr. Jack Campbell , Mr. and Mrs .
