Perhaps you sang a lovely song, Or sat quietly in a chair.
Perhaps you sent beautiful flowers, If so, we saw them there.
Perhaps you were not there at all, Just thought of us that day.
Perhaps you prepared some tasty food, Or maybe furnished a car.
Perhaps you rendered a service unseen, Near at hand or from afar.
Whatever you did to console the heart, We thank you so much ... Whatever the part.

~ ~~was born August 29,
1928 in Atlanta, Georgia to Jennie and Roy Anthony.
She attended Atlanta Public Schools and became a professional in the nursing field, serving faithfully and caringly for the disabled, sick and aged for many years.
A servant of God, she openly confessed her faith and encouraged all she met to pray, study and follow the word of God. She was a concerned community worker, mother and friend. Her winning smile uplifted all she met, and will be missed.
She leaves cherished memories to a host of friends and family. She was a mother to two sons, Gary and Keith (deceased); one daughter, Jean; son-in-law Larry; a sister, Charlotte; grandchildren, Omar, Jamel, Larron, and Tiffani; two great grandchildren, Omar, Jr. and Miracle; daughter-in-law Gail; special adopted granddaughter, Terry and a host of other relatives, neighbors and friends. Her last scripture she read before her homegoing was ~~alm~ 36:5-10. May this be a comfort and guidance unto your life.
You wonder why I went away and did not say goodbye, I could not bear to tell you, for it hurt to see you cry. My ship came in that faithful day it was beautiful to see, For the captain was King Jesus and He softly beckoned me.
I ran across the leeway andfell down at His feet, He gently took me in His arms my rest is now complete.
"God has a gift for her, Eternal Love Ever Lasting"!
