OBITUARY
NETTIE MAE AKINS AKA
BILL, GRANNY, GRANDMA DYNAMITE, Ms. REnn Fox OR "THE JoKESTER"
was born in Jackson, GA (Butts County) on December 15, 1917 to John and Julia Goodman (both deceased). She Confessed Christ at an early age and joined Greater Mount Carmel under the leadership of the late Rev. O.C. Woods. She was joined in holy matrimony to the late Robert Akins, Sr. She later became a proud mother of 10 loving children; 4 daughters: (2 of which are deceased), Claudette Robinson(Albert) and Lydia Renee Brantley. She also had 8 sons: Robert Akins, Clarence Akins (deceased), Edward Akins, Alvin Thompson (deceased), Victor Brantley and Timothy Brantley.
On June 13,2013, her earthly journey ended and her heavenly voyage began. She leaves to cherish her everlasting memories, her children (Robert,Edward,Claudette,Victor,Renee and Timothy), her niece Wanda Gail Wood, her cousin Gladys Benson, and a host of grand children,great grand children,great-great grand children,great nephews,great-great nephews, cousins and friends
