Georgia's State Art Collection

Georgia's State Art Collection is an extensive chronicle of work by Georgia artists, the bulk of which was created during the 1970s to the 1990s. Each piece in the collection was juried by a panel of visual arts experts. The collection is a state asset that serves as an educational tool, preserves the state's artistic heritage, and disseminates knowledge about the art and artists of Georgia. Media represented in the collection include: painting, photography, pottery, ceramics, fiber arts, jewelry, sculpture, works on paper, and traditional arts.
