In this scrapbook created October 1949, local Dalton boosters compete to win the Georgia Power Company's Champion Home Town Contest. Created under the umbrella of Dalton's ad hoc Champion Home Town Steering Committee, the scrapbook was one of several documents, reports, and exhibits submitted for evaluation by the Georgia Power Company.
