Gabled roof and turned spindle posts at partly screened shed porch. Shiplap siding. Double hung sash windows with 2/2 lights. Central gable. Sidelights. Exterior chimney. Good condition. Set on brick piers. Date of Construction: c. 1925. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district. Area not extensive enough historically.
