- Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Knight Realty, 20 Railroad St., Quitman, Brooks County, Ga., 1981. Offices. Two story rectangular plan house. Gabled roof. Hipped porch with square posts. Sash windows with 6/6 lights. Narrow horizontal siding. Two front doors. Set on brick piers. Good condition. Residence (mill housing). Date of Construction: c. 1890. First used as mill housing, as was used as apts. at least as late as 1930. Mrs. Knight bought it recently and renovated it. Significant as part of a potential National Register district, could be included in an industrial district near the old mill.
