Caleb Grant argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in U.S. v. Andra Green. The questions presented were whether Green's 2255 motion is timely and whether his two 924c convictions are infirm. Third-year student Sarah Grace McCord helped write the briefs and assisted Grant in preparation for the argument.
