- The Dean Rusk International Law Center is pleased to welcome two visiting research scholars (https://deanruskintlaw.com/2023/02/28/vrs-hopkins-kim/). Maisie Hopkins is a Ph.D. candidate at the Utrecht University School of Governance in the Netherlands and is working on a project titled “Complex Global Regulation and Corporate Crime.” Daesun Kim is undertaking comparative administrative law research relating to Vietnam (where he is a practicing attorney) and the United States and examines public-private partnership projects during the COVID-19 pandemic.
