- The University of Georgia School of Law has won the 2023 Law School Legal Food Frenzy. This is the second time the School of Law has won this contest championed by Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr. UGA Law students, faculty/staff, graduates and supporters raised $10,064 for the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia. This equates to 40,246 meals for vulnerable individuals in Athens and its surrounding communities. This year, all of the law schools in Georgia raised $23,631.40, which is around 94,525 meals for hungry Georgians.
