- The Medical Society of Augusta, Georgia was organized in 1822 by several physicians including Dr. Milton Antony, Dr. Alexander Cunningham, and Dr. Paul F. Eve, founding members of the Medical College of Georgia faculty. The book contains the first contitution written in 1822 when the Medical Society was established and the 1829 constitution. Included within the bylaws is the agreed upon physicians fee bill.
