Building/structure dates: 1815.
Built by Isaiah Davenport, a native of Rhode Island and a house carpenter by trade, who came to Savannah in 1800 and until his death in 1822 constructed most of the buildings erected in Savannah during the period of prosperity after the War of 1812.
