- Buster Ezell is featured in photographs on page 4, 6, and 7 of the Fort Valley State College publication, The Peachite. The lyrics for his ballad, "Roosevelt and Hitler: Buster Ezell's War-time Song, or, Strange things Are Happenin' in the Land," appear on page five. The Peachite notes, "Bus Ezell is a rare musical talent, and the most consistent prize winner of all."
