Janet talks about her family and childhood in Warner Robins -- She explains what children did for fun in the town, including drag racing. Ed and Janet talk about the importance of churches and railroads in Warner Robins -- Ed and Janet discuss changing the town's name from Wellston to Warner Robins -- Ed and Janet discuss the expansion of Watson Boulevard -- Ed talks about working with merchants and businesses in Warner Robins -- Ed talks about some of the people he worked with in politics -- Ed discusses how he got started in politics -- Barker began his political career by getting involved in Jimmy Carter's gubernatorial campaign. Barker was later elected to the Georgia State Senate.
