- Petition of Job Pray, Joseph Forster, and Francis Watlington to Governor and Council asking permission for the schooner Freedom with a cargo of slaves belonging to the above and coming from St. Croix, to be allowed to proceed into Savannah harbor, all aboard having been examined by Dr. Samuel Beecroft and found healthy. Signed Pray & Forster, Francis Watlington. Accompanied by attestation of Dr. Samuel Beecroft on the health of the slaves and marines.
