- Description:
- Description on verso: "No more skater waltzes: The ice-skating rink at Omni International has been converted into an interim mall as part of the large-scale refurbishing of the downtown Atlanta megastructure. A spokesman said the office-hotel-retail complex is becoming more of a business center with less emphasis on the entertainment facilities that were part of the original when it opened in 1975. The rink will become a landscaped mall with businesses and additional eating establishments. Major changes in the lobby and rooms at the adjacent 471-room Omni International Hotel are almost completed."
