- Description on verso: "Omni International is Under Way: Ground was broken Tuesday evening for the Omni International, a $65 million project to be built between the Omni and Marietta Street. Among dignitaries at the ceremony were Governor Jimmy Carter (left), Mayor Sam Massell (center) and Omni International President Maurice Alpert. Behind them are 60-foot high sculptures by internationally recognized artist Boyd Mefferd erected by International City Corp., developers of Omni International. The project will include hotel space, restaurants and shops."
