- Description on verso: "Coliseum Topped Out: Government and sports figures watch the last major piece of steel for the top of Atlanta's coliseum being lowered into place. Among those autographing the steel beam were Mayor Sam Massell, Atlanta sportsman and businessman Tom Cousins, Fulton County Commissioners Milton Farris and Charlie Brown, and Bill Putman, who is president of the coliseum, basketball and hockey company. The dedication of the coliseum and the new Atlanta hockey franchise is scheduled for October 14, authorities said."
