- Newspaper assignment sheet attached to print verso identifies photographer Dwight Ross, Jr." Group of hand-holding protesters, mostly from roadbusters, moves in front of a partly-disassembled crane or shovel which was moving east on North Avenue towards Goldsboro Park. Here they have stopped the flat bed truck carrying it just about 50 feet from the parl. This happened Friday morning about 10 am." Captions: "Blocking construction: Parkway opponents form a human chain to block a truck during work on the road near Goldsboro Park in February; police arrested 11 who interfered with construction crews." Date-stamped "Sat Feb 16 1985 J C." Caption: "Blocking construction. Opponents of the Presidential Parkway form a human chain to block a flatbed truck on Friday morning near Goldsboro Park.
