Caption: "Moultrie- The largest crowd at any of the Sibley commission's hearings on public schools to date turned out Monday in Moultrie. An estimated 1,000 persons attended the hearing in the high school gymnasium. There are two remaining hearings slated. One will be held in Atlanta Wednesday morning and the final one in Gainesville Thursday morning. Staff photo- Bill Young. March 23, 1960"
