Civic Magazine covers a meeting on crime at the 6th District fire department hosted by Alderman Judi Ross. Interviewees and speakers at the meeting include Alderman Ross, Savannah Police Department (SPD) Capt. Steve Smith, Fourth precinct resident and volunteer police aid James Cook, SPD Lt. Bill Harvey, and Mayor Pro Tempore Floyd Adams, Jr., who all speak about why they believe crime levels in the fourth precinct have risen and how to combat this rise. Segment three: Celebrity waiter night, 19:12-22:59. Civic Magazine covers a charity event held monthly at John and Linda's Restaurant called "Celebrity Waiter Night," where city and community leaders serve as waiters to raise money for charity. For this month's event, the money raised will go to an organization called STEPS, for severely retarded and profoundly disabled children.
