- This recording opens with singer Bessie Jones' rendition of "Preachin the Blues" and an introduction of the program by Boyd Lewis. The first segment, which begins at 1:22, is a feature about the Georgia Guidestones granite monument in Elbert County, Georgia. The program features audio interview clips of Superior Court Judge Bill Grant; Elberton Granite Company President Joe Finley Sr., William Hutton of the Monument Builders of America, and Jody Em, an Atlanta witch, and other unidentified individuals. The second segment, which begins at 13:10, is a commentator by author Pearl Lomax about race. She recounts a story about her light skinned sister being given a ride by a white man who identified himself as a member of the Ku Klux Klan. The third segment, which begins at 17:50, is a feature by Patty Just of the South Carolina Radio Network about dulcimer maker and player Rogers MaGee of Aiken, South Carolina. The program ends with a sign off by Boyd Lewis.
