- This recording opens with an introduction of the program by Boyd Lewis. The entire program is a feature about the first reunion of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma and the Eastern band of Cherokee Indians in Red Clay, Tennessee. The program contains audio excerpts from Robert Youngdeer, Ross Swimmer, John Standingdeer, Joel Queen, and Tony Roberts. The participants talk about the meaning they derive from the reunion; disputes with the Tennessee Valley Authority over burial sites; problems of unemployment, and the history behind New Echota. The program ends with a sign off by Boyd Lewis.
