- This recording opens with singer Johnny Cash's rendition of "Southwind" and an introduction of the program by Boyd Lewis. The first segment is a feature about a controversial ordinance passed in 1982 in Kennesaw, Georgia, about ownership of firearms. The program contains audio excerpts from city council member J. O. Stevenson, Kennesaw resident Richard Butler, and unidentified citizens and police officers during a gun safety course. The segment includes a satire piece from Scott Ferguson and Howard Hursey, known as the OK Bayou Bozart Society. The second segment, which begins at 23:00, consists of an essay by Boyd Lewis about the beauty of a spring rain shower. The program ends with a sign off by Boyd Lewis.
