- The photographs in this collection depict the Roxy Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia, a 2,395 single screen theatre opened in 1926 by R.E. Hall & Company on 210 Peachtree Street. Included are images of the first anniversary program edition of 1927, interior photographs of the pipe organ chamber, balcony, and gallery area; and exterior photographs of the Peachtree Street entrance. The demolition of the theater is also shown through a photograph taken immediately after the wrecking period in August of 1972.
