- Koch House built in 1879, occupied from January 1880 by the Federick Koch and his family and Fred's old bachelor brother, William Koch until February 1946. House then bought by the Dixie Association of the Dead, 382 South Moreland (William d. 1905, Fred d. 1916).

The Frederick Koch Residence was built in 1885 at 382 South Moreland Avenue, Southeast in Atlanta, Georgia. The house was built at the site of Leggett’s Hill, Battle of Atlanta and relics of the battle have been found there. The home was demolished for an expressway, but stood there as late as 1953. - Local Identifier:
