Over the forty years since it#i@GGRSunESt
opened, Northside has experieai@eausome
imperative changes. Just imagine theNGrihiside
that you know with half of the parking plenty of
extra windows, no new building, no theater and
you can forget air-conditioning! It is safe to say
that Northside has evolved into a whole new
school. Not only has Northside physically
undergone a face-lift; faculty and students have
changed as well.
Though many faces have changed, some
faces have been at Northside for many years. There
are those faculty members who are graduates of
Northside, including Ms. Wilson, Mrs. Littlefield,
Mr. Barnett and Ms. Hodge to name a few. Then
there are _ those

been embraced into the true blue family.
The students who roam these halls have
also changed as the years have passed. Today's
students are very tech-savvy and have access to
many more resources than the students of earlier
days. Means of discipline have undergone drastic
changes, also. While students used to be paddled
for breaking the rules, students now must serve
detention time or sit for a few days in the In-School
Suspension room.
Overall the face of Northside both internally
and externally has undergone great change. From
the school building to the faculty, from the students
to the trends, many thing have changed but one
thing remains-It's Great to be a Northside Eagle!

Twins have a closer bond than that of the
average siblings. Some twins are identical in
looks but have completely different personalities
or visa versa. Here at Northside we have many
sets of twins. Sometimes it very confusing to
encounter two people who look almost alike.
Ms. Mayo says that she "couldn't tell the
difference between Jessica and Katie Taylor
until they dyed their hair!"

can you s find a
stronger bond than that of two people born at
the same time? There is a connection there
that cannot be duplicated. Think about it-how
would it feel to talk to your sibling, who, in
essence, is a part of you?
Jessica Hargrove says, "my relationship
with my twin is great. She is my best friend!!!"
It can also not be so great when people
think that twins are one in the same person:
Terrell Gray says that he and his brother "try
to be as different as possible."
Even though twins may not be super
close, they still have that strong bond that will
never die, and here at NHS, we all have the
unique opportunity to see them up close and
"face to face!"

The first pep rally for a freshman has to
be an overwhelming experience. From the blue,
orange, and white screaming faces, colored hair
and spirited teachers, it is a shock and a thrill
all at the same time. All the screaming and
yelling students in the stands leave them
wondering what all the chaos is about.
They soon learn that it's all about the big
blue and white. They follow the lead of the
Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores and are soon
screaming and yelling with the best of them.
Often there are spirit
comp- etitions,
in which each class
has a chance of
gaining the Fas B title of the
"most spirited
class." By the time

this year, the Freshman class placed second in
the Spirit Ribbon Contest, beaten only by the
Seniors.
This pattern continues year after year,
building onto the "Northside family," as Mr.
Scott calls it. The Northside spirit grows on
every student as they go through their high
school years. They learn to show school spirit
in new ways every year, from face painting and
club involvement to game attendance and the
love of Northside High School. Go Big Blue!

For years, music has been an important
element of Northside High School. Many
students are actively involved in programs that
allow them to develop in music, channel their
enthusiasm for the arts, and showcase their
musical talents.
Through the years, Northside has opened
doors of opportunity for numerous students
who have excelled musically. The school also
hosts many events where students can display
their talent through

Northsides music programs far surpass the
standards of other schools.
To win its titles and awards, the members
of each music program have to work diligently
to perfect their art. Many music programs have
mandatory classes that are attended during
school hours. In addition to the skill gained
during school hours, the students also spend
many grueling hours after school perfecting their
musical abilities. It is perhaps due to this extra
effort that Northside has a top notch music
and drama department.

Graduation announcements. Senior
TShirts. Senior Barbeque. Spirit Week.
Senior Ball. None of this would have been
possible without the 26 elected individuals
who make up Senior Exec. Every Wednesday
this group met to deliberate over critical
senior class decisions. From choosing the
perfect graduation announcement that would
please all to planning strategies to win the
spirit competitions, Senior Exec was busy
from the beginning of first semester to the
end of the second.
Weekends. Afternoons. Sleeping in
on Wednesdays. These are just a few of the
sacrifices made by Senior Exec for the better
of their class. Weekends were given up to
make decorate the lobby and main hall for
Spirit Week and again to prepare for senior
ball. All of the decorations for senior events
were completed after school, from spirit
shakers to sparkling signs.

COSTS TANDING SENIORS*OUTSTANDING
: | As you take a look at the
following 20 individuals, you will be
looking at the faces that make
Northside outstanding. These seniors
work hard and dedicate themselves to
define "outstanding" through their work
ethics and extracurricular activities.
From school activities, such as band
and drama, to community involvement
through youth groups and volunteer
programs, everyone truly sees the best
of Northside in these bright, young
people.
Just as each of these individual
are different, so are their many talents.
Some excel in athletic competition,
while others showcase their talent on
stage. Still others debate, volunteer or
soar in academics.
It is their stamina and drive that
fuel them to reach the highest goals.
That same stamina and drive are
paving the way to their bright futures.
So what exactly is the definition
of "outstanding?" Just look over the
next four pages...

This year, the Junior Projects Committee has worked to provide for the needs of the Junior class. Members have
worked many long hours creating signs and decorations for various activities. The committe is made up of 50 juniors who
work long and hard to accomplish everything that must be done. J.P.C. is in charge of activies such as spirit week hall
decorations and the Junior/Senior Prom.
Juniors have many fundraisers in order to pay for prom, such as magazine sales and the 3-on-3 tournament. The
nage sales are for all
on
| juniors and everyone who sells 5 magazine subscriptions receives a free ticket to prom. The 3-
tournament is a good ail for basketball players to show their skills.
_J.P.C. works hard all year and is a prime example of students with school spirit that overflows!

"The Face
of Victory"
I think the players have
worked extremely hard,
they've improved a great deal.
Seniors have provided great
leadership. We've improved
each week and we're looking
forward to competing well in
the playoffs.
-Coach Kinsler
Rodrick Hayward flies by the Stockbridge
defense. The Eagles left them in the dust, 56-7.
Northside players face off with Westside at
the line of scrimmage.
The team watches intensely as the Eagles
run for another touchdown.
Being a good football team comes
with hard work and dedication. you
have to be dedicated to how you
carry yourself on and off the field. This
season | think that we have some of the
best players that have ever come
through Northside. I think if you buy
into the game plan we will make it to the
Promised Land; that's the state
championship.

This year has opened up a
door for new experiences. The
Varsity cheerleading squad has given
the chance to freshmen and
sophomores to join them for the first
time. This has never been an option
for underclassmen. The females of the cheerleading
squad have opened their hearts to the first male

always been them that males can do just as much as females when
it comes to cheerleading.
Cheerleading is not about how attractive you
are, but how hard you work.
Cheerleaders have always been
stereotyped as being all about the
looks and popularity, but guess
what? Itis not true. Not forevena
second. You have to love what your
doing. You can not do it just for the
popularity. It takes time and
patience to achieve excellence and
the Northside Eagles are here to
show you that it can be achieved.
Their excitement brings joy to more than just
the cheerleaders themselves. It brings pride to the

Faces of

Magic To
For many people, standing in front of
a full audtiorium and five critical judges can be
an unnerving experience. However, senior Tia
Rouse looked fear straight in the face to take on
the title of Miss Northside 2003. Twenty-nine
other girls faced these same fears with Tia, but
in the end the senior talent and informal winner
took home the crown.
The two magical nights of competition
opened up with Rodney Corbin, along with the
Ensemble, singing "Magic to Do," as the thirty
beautiful competitors danced and paraded
around him. The audience was mesmerized as
the girls began showcasing the variety of talents
they each possessed. From golden voices to
graceful dancing, everyone represented
Northside High School with poise and maturity.
Taking home the trophies and the triumph as
being the best in talent were: third runner-up
senior Darcy Cain, second runner-up senior
Terah Talley and talent winner senior Tia Rouse.
Informal competition and formalwear
competition comprised the final night of the
Miss Northside competition. Using their wits
and charm, each girl prepared a short portrayal
of their character, each associated with the
theme of magic. Taking yet another victory, it
was Tia Rouse who won the informal
competition with her portrayal of the Magic
Schoolbus. Finally the evening concluded with
the formalwear portion as each girl recognized
their sponsor. Though each girl shone brightly
in their gowns, it was junior Mallory Brown who
Do
caught the judges eyes to take home first place
in the formalwear competition.
Though the audience only saw the
competition which took place on the stage of
the Ray Horne Theatre, the girls worked hard
offstage as well to compete for the title of Miss
Northside. Besides the numerous hours of hard
work each girl put in to practice for the two big
nights, two parts of the competition were
completed offstage as well. The application
was the girls chance to display all of their
achievements and involvement in the school
and community. Mallory Brown's application
was the one that stood out, allowing her to win
the application portion.
Also imperative to the decision of the
winners is the interview with the judges,
Saturday morning was just as important as
Saturday night, as each girl took their turn to
charm the judges and win them over. When it
was all said and done, it was Jazmyn Brawner's
charm that named her Interview winner.
One winner is chosen not by the
judges, but by the girls in the pageant. Miss
Congeniality is the girl voted as the friendliest
and most congenial of the thirty contestants.
Darcy Cain was chosen for this honor by her
fellow competitors.
Finally the top ten were announced
and given the opportunity to answer an
impromptu question, possibly giving them the
edge to win Miss Northside. In no particular
order these girls were Tia Rouse, Mallory

Crowning of the Queen, a huge football victory
and visitation of Northside alumni all come together to
create the Homecoming festivities. Homecoming is
the time to honor those senior football players,
cheerleaders and band members who work so hard to
exemplify Northsides tradition of excellence.
The theme of this year was A New Day, sung
beautifully by Northsides ensemble to begin the
Thursday morning assembly. Each day is a new day
for students here to show just how great it is to be a
Northside Eagle. Another feature of the assembly was
the voices of Geoff Felts, Kenneth Hubbard and
Brandon Respress coming together to sing Flying
Without Wings.
The football game shows off Northsides
tradition of school spirit, creating a legacy for the past
years and years to come. Every single aspect of
Northside is special, and this is a time during which
we celebrate them.
Each day is A New Day for each individual to
strive hard to be the best eagle they can be and to

Murder. Greed. Corruption. These are only a few of the words that
describe Northside's One-Act, "Chicago." The cast and crew did a magnificent job,
landing them Ist place in region for the 30th consecutive time and 3rd in state
competition!
Set in the roaring 20's, "Chicago" is a comedy/drama about a chorus girl,
Roxie Hart, who, after cheating on her husband Amos, shoots her unfaithful
lover, landing her in jail. There she meets Velma Kelly, a fellow murderess who is
currently enjoying the media attention and legal manipulation of Billy Flynn, king
of the old "Razzle Dazzle."
However, anger strikes in Velma when Billy decides to take Roxie's case
over hers, making Velma old news. Billy changes her story for consumption by
sympathetic tabloid columnist Mary Sunshine, who always tries to find a little bit
of good in everyone.
Roxie becomes the new toast of Chicago. Velma tries to talk Roxie into
recreating the sister act, but Roxie turns her down, only to find her own
headlines replaced by the latest crime of passion. Roxie decides that being
pregnant in prison would put her back on the front page, and it does. A little shy
on the arithmetic, Amos proudly claims paternity, but nobody notices him.
In the end, a more sensational crime hits the newspapers and leaves both
Roxie and Velma to team up together themselves, creating a fantastic duo no one
would ever forget. -Lacey Brantley

On March 6, 2004 the senior class
arrived to a place called Paradise. The Senior
Exec. had transformed the lobby in the
wonderful island of Hawaii.
The seniors entered through a path of
candle lit buckets. As they walked through the
door, they were given leis. Surfboards, beach
balls, sandals, and balloons were all over the
place sure to make all start dreaming of Spring
Break.
The upstairs lobby was designated the
dance floor. Downstairs was used as the
gathering area or for "cooling off" after hot
dancing.
At the end of the night, the seniors did
not want to go home, but after the final song, a
slow song for all the lovers, the tide came in.
After all was said and done, the senior
class of 2004 sung the Alma Mater as they left.

Each night began with the entertaining Josh Graff as he played a few numbers

entertainment included performances by Michael Leahy, Tarah Talley, Luther

After dinner, the audience walked to the theater to watch Northside's region

Military Ball Assembli
This year's Military Ball was extravagant display of decorations and hard work,
The stands were packed with students from top to bottom, and the floor was a sea of
blue with the AFJROTC sitting on each side of the aisle that the future 11th grade
queen would grace. The gymnasium was transformed into a fun yet elegant scene
from a fairytale ball with beautiful balloons and confetti lining the walkway, The
MC's of the evening were Porscha Johnson and Tashanda Cambell who kept the
assembly going despite minor technical difficulties. The band lightend the already
exciting mood of the day with a flawless performance Outkast's Hey Ya and other
lively songs. Each girl walked gracefully down the aisle with her escort, briefely
stopping at the end to take a moment to smile for the camera despite the ear-ringing
applause and congratulations from the student body. Then the applause died
down, only to began even louder when the 2003's ROTC queen Valleria Felder,
escorted by the 2004 ROTC king Herbert Taylor, walked down the aisle. Next,
David Goodloe and Donald Black each demonstrated their individual exhibition
routines. And after seemingly endless applause and whistles of approval, the
moment that everyone was waiting for, but with not as much anticipation as the
three junior girls, the announcement of the ROTC queen came. Then Lisa
Spangler's name was called as applause and rang throughout the gymnasium.
Then the "crowning" of her as queen took place when Valleria handed over her
bonquet of flowers and chair to Lisa

Military Ball
Dancing. Chatter. Music. Laughter. What do these four
things have in common? The 2004 Military Ball-that's what.
Students from all four local high schools gather once a year to
show comaraderie, friendship and just little bit of romance on the
weekend of Valentine's Day-how appropriate. SeniorPorscha
Johnson said, "I loved the live band because they played the
songs | know." Other students just loved having the opportunity
to dress up. While for the males that only means wearing their
typical blue uniforms, the females get to have a little more fun in
evening gowns and party dresses. But this dance is more than
just a chance to look good, it is a chance to show one's
commitment to the betterment of our nation through
involvement in ROTC and a chance to get together with students
from other schools who are involved in the same thing. As Daniel
Adams explains, "I love enjoy the atmosphere of the ball, where
everyone is happy and enjoying themselves and can forget about
the stresses of school life." From the looks of things,
these cadets know how to
put competition and
school aside and have a
great time.

intervew, impromtu speaking, and academics.
This year, the ten contestants were Brandon
Respress, Seth Jackson, Logan Harris, Deontai Price,

AFJROTC stands for Air nior Reserve Officer Training Corps. ROTC is the biggest organization in high school that brings people of all
races, ethnicity, and social groups together. Know why? Because you dont have to be able to jump six feet into the air or hit a ball out of the park.
Alla student has to do is be willing to try his/her best and be willing to discipline themselves as well as lead by example. This is also an
organization that has one mission: to help make better citizens of America, which ROTC maintains everyday here at Northsides GA 62
organization. The cadets of ROTC are very much like one big happy family. Even though many cadets of ROTC are portrayed as being
military brats, this is not completely true. ROTC is an amazing organization that is composed of many different extracurricular
activities. Some of them are Demil, Facsimile, Color Guard, Unarmed, Kitty Hawk, Rocketry, Honor Guard, Sabre Team, and APT. The
cadets of ROTC also frequently travel to drill meets and other events. Community service is a major part of ROTC. Some of the
community services are stadium clean-ups, blood drives, as well as a variety of other events.
There is a dedication, a firmness, to get fixed on a goal that translated into their lives, no matter if its working with us, working at Burger King, or playing

\ 7 Our Alma Mater,
Mr. Touchdown, the Jaws
tune-none of these would be
familiar without our Blue
Wind Marching Band.
Members of the band
dedicate summer days and
numerous after-school hours
to perfect these songs, just
a few of the many tunes
with which we are all
familiar. The band is there
when we enter a pep rally,
as well as long after; they
spend nearly every Friday
night in the fall with our
football team and give up
many Saturdays for the sake
of competition.
Seniors Jazmyn
Brawner and Chris Von Almen,
along with junior Mallory
Brown, led the band this year
as drum majors for the award-
winning show, "American
Heroes." Every hero from
Batman and Superman to the
heroes of 9/11 was honored
during this captivating show,
with a special ending of a
huge American flag spread
across the football field.
The Blue Wind
Marching Band provides
Northside loads of spirit,
Eagle pride and great
entertainment. Spirit during
the pep rallies and football
games-what would a pep rally
be without loud music to pump
everyone up, or what would
a touchdown be without Mr.
Touchdown immediately
following? Not only would
the cheerleaders have
nothing to dance to, neither
would the color guard or
anyone else in the student
body. Eagle pride from all
of their many
accomplishments. Numerous
members were chosen for
District Honor Band and the
band as a whole accepted
accolades for their
performances. Great
entertainment-no
explanation needed for
anyone who has heard or
seen anything from our Blue
Wind Marching Band!

The NHS Color Guard performed exceptionally
well this year. The Guard received superior ratings
at two of three contests this year, which is quite
an accomplishment considering over half of the

Led by Mr. Geldreich, the Art Club has
decorated several of Northside's finest
events. The talented students designed
the gorgeous spirit banners which
you see at all of the football games.
They also decorated for the Madrigal
Dinner in December, creating a
romantic atmosphere for the event.
Club president, Charlotte Okie, won
Best in the category of "3D Art/Other"
at the Georgia National Fair. Many of
the members were nominated for
prestigious art awards. In the future,
they plan to paint murals in several

The interpretation of the Beta Emblem
| The letter B on an ebony background surrounded by a border of gold
is the most prominent feature of the emblem. This letter is the initial
character of the Greek word Bios, which means life. Life is a
prerequisite to growth and progress. The National Beta Club stands for
a full lifeone governed by the highest principles.
Above the letter B on the emblem there appear three stars, which
represent the spiritual side of human life in the specific traits of
unselfishness, honesty, and courage. Their presence at the top of the
emblem is a reminder that spiritual well-being has an important place
in the ideals which are embodied in the organization.
Loyalty to country and the principles upon which it was founded are
signified by an eagle without spread wings which stands below the
letter B. Beta members pledge themselves to a sense of
responsibility to our...nation.
The background of ebony on which these symbols are displayed
represents the dignity, restraint, and seriousness which should attend
our search for knowledge and truth.
Around the emblem there is a border of goldthe gold of friendship and
brotherhood, without which life would lose much of its rich and full
meaning.
The Beta Club insignia is composed of the emblem (the central
_ feature), a knights head, and a lettered scroll.
The knights head was designed to represent nobility of personality in
recognizing the inherent dignity of every human being.
The attributes of the Beta Club are written within the scroll,
Achievement, Character, and Leadership.

Every year Northside High School hosts an
average number of eight exchange students from all over
the world. This year we had seven students from
countries like Mexico, Japan, and Germany. The reasons
for spending an academic year abroad are very broad;
getting to know a new culture and new people, improving
language skills, and being independent from home are
just some of them. Spending a year in the United States
is an awesome experience and everything is so different.
I really like the great choice of subjects in school, says
Lena Oppitz, a foreign exchange student from Germany.
The best thing so far were the football games and the
included school spirit, conclude Bianca and Katharina,

What is DECA? It's a rewarding and fun experience!
DECA is a co-curricular club for Marketing Education. Most
students are also enrolled in the Marketing co-op program,
leaving school early for work and still earning school credit.
* Students learn and build from the four points of the DECA
diamond - leadership development, civil consciousness, vocational
understanding, and social intelligence. Members get to travel and
participate in leadership conference, competitions, and community
service. This year, students donated items to send overseas at
Christmas and sold shamrocks for the Muscular Dystrophy
Association in March.
For the fifth straight year, Northside played host to the
region DECA competition in February. Thirteen students advanced
to March's State competition in Atlanta, with winners advancing to
the International DECA Conference in Nashville, Tennessee in
May.

Northside has a long-standing tradition of success in
the various areas of literary competition: choral music,
oral interpretation of literature, extemporaneous
speaking, essay, and spelling. For a number of years,
Northside has not only qualified students to the state
level of competition but has emerged as the overall
winner at state, capturing more awards than any other
school in our division. What makes Northside such a
winner? People like the ones you see on this page...
Keep their names in your mind... You'll be hearing
them again in years to come! Joe Kuhn(Essay Alt), Jessie Martin, Michelle Abramovich

many activities, SADD Club has made all of
Northside mindful of the consequences that
bad decision-making can cause. One of
SADD Clubs most known activities, Ghost

Northside High's drama department is an
organization for all theatre lovers, headed up
by director, Mr. Barnett. Each year, thespians
get to participate in two plays, a one-act and
a spring musical. Those who are in one-act
get to compete in a region competition, where
if they win (which they always do!) get to
advance to state competition. The Spring
Musical, in which many students are
involved, is also a big hit every year. Also
each year, thespians go to a conference,
where other thespians from all over the state
of Georgia meet and participate in many
workshops which help to develop their artisic
qualities. Thespian Troupe 2892 is the best
and always will be!

Sarah Elizabeth Robbins
Born 2:22pm August 30, 1986, two weeks late.
Slept all night since you were four days old.
Walked at ten months.
First word was "No." (Imagine that!)
At four, sang "I Got Friends in Low Places" in church
because it was the only song you knew all the words to.
At ten, broke both arms and insisted on pink cast.
At fifteen, taught your mother that driving is an amazing adventure.
You have always done things in your own time in your own special way.
Believe it or not, we hope that never changes.
May the sun always be at your back,
May the breeze always be in your face,
May the road rise up to meet each and every step you make.
Never miss the opportunity to dance.
Always look at life for what it is, a journey.
We Love You,
Mom, Dad, and Taylor
(and Molly)
We were all blessed by
God on July 20, 1986,
when a beautiful little girl
came into our lives. You
have brought us joy,
laughter, and experience the
last 17 years. We are all
proud of you, you have
reached many milestones
but today is the biggest one
thus far. Keep dreaming
and reaching for your goals,
and they all will come true.
Love, Dad, Mom,

Conratulations!

I hope you never lose your sense of wonder
You get the fill to eat but always keep that hunger
May you never take one single breath for granted
God forbid love ever leave you empty handed
I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean
When ever one door closes I hope one more opens
Promise me you'll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the chance to sit it out or dance
I HOPE YOU DANCE
I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance
Never settle for the path of least resistance
Living might mean taking chances but they re worth taking
Lovin might be a mistake but its worth making
Don't let some hell bent heart leave you bitter
When you come close to selling out reconsider
Give the Heavens above more than just a passing glance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I HOPE YOUDANCE !

Dear Lara,
From the moment of your birth, you added
the Completeness to our family. We are so
proud of the strong young woman you've become.
You have faced and met numerous challenges in
your life...
Being the baby of the family
Having two big brothers who lovingly tease you
Having a big sister - seven years older than you
Attending TEN different schools
Having a Marine for a Daddy - who was
deployed too often
* Having a mother who was pulled in many
directions
Through it all, our prayer is that you also
recognize the many blessings in your life...
* Being the baby of the family

you and protected you

exciting places and make new friends
* Having a Marine for a Daddy, who loves God,
Family, and Country (You will always be his little

You know how adults always say to enjoy your high school years
because they fly by? Well dern it if they werent right! As these past four
years have flown by for me, | can never replace the priceless friendships and
memories that | have made. Northside High School, and all of you in it, have
left a great, lasting impression in my heart. | hope out book can be a visual
aid and reminder of the people and memories that have left impressions on
each of you. A quality book for everyone was what we hoped to achieve as a
journalism staff, and | sincerely hope you appreciate our efforts. | would like
to go ahead and apologize for any grammatical error (should you even notice
them) or if we happened to misspell your name-we tried!
Now for my thank-yous. First and foremost to Mrs. Branch for working with us and perservering to complete
a quality yearbook. To Meg for being my co-editor because this sure aint a one person job and | couldnt have done it
alone. | love ya! To the entire journalism staff for putting up with the occassional stressed-out bossiness and working
so hard. Good luck to Daniel and Annie next year. To my family for loving and putting up with me-| love yall too!
Finally, to all of my wonderful friends-you all are irreplacable.
Class of 2004-lots of luck after graduation. Underclassmen-enjoy your high school years because they fly by-
trust me!
Lotsa Love,

Four years ago | walked through the front doors as a freshman with lots of anxiety and fear. Now two inches
taller and four years wiser, it's time to say bye.
As a graduating senior, | understand how valuable these four years are. | know I've grown up over these years.
As editor, I've had the privilege to capture every moment this year-from the laughter to the tears. Times of
triumphs and times of unfortunate defeat. Each and every "face in the crowd."" Our goal wasn't to create a perfect
book, but one that looking back on 20 years from now will make you smile (or cry). I'm sorry if we misspelled your
name or left you out of a picture, we tried by putting countless hours into the making of this book.
| owe Mrs. Branch two years of thanks. She has treated me like a daughter and always been prepared with bags
of Tootsie Rolls! Thank you to my co-editor and best friend of 12 years, Keri. Thank you for putting up with me all
these years and without you all of my sentences would be half-written. A big thank-you to our staff. Without all of
them taking our orders, this book would not be half the success that | hope
itis. I'd also like to thank all of my teachers who have guided me to achieve
my goals and have made me be the best that | can be.
My advice to my brother, Blaine (I love you!), and the rest of the school is
to live each day to the fullest and cherish your high school years because they
go by so fast. To the class of 2004, good luck!
Love Always,
