In Norse mythology, Valhalla was a great hall where soldiers

the gods. They were brought to Valhalla by Valkyries, virgin
warrior women, who rode upon flying horses. In Valhalla, the
slain soldiers experienced a perpetually replenishing feast
and instant healing after injuring cach other in battles.

The Valhalla of Northeast is a commemoration of each year
and cach respective graduating class. Those who appear in
Valhalla 2004 soon graduate, leaving behind only memories of
their accomplishments and outtakes. The Graduating Class of
2004 is the first among us to join those other elite classes.

One of the most vital things for public education is
the school bus. When you take that bus, you get

The invention that has made life easier since the
1800s is the automobile, which is now commonly
called a car. Cars help us to get to our destinations
in shorter periods of time. A car does bring on
plenty responsibilities. You have to worry about
monthly car payments, gas money, auto detail,
and insurance. Even though some people may say
that you can get across town and back when you
gaslight is on, you should always have roadside
assistance. That would be a lifesaver just in case
you end up in a terrible situation.

High, my heart is filled with joy. I have participated in
many activities, some of which includes DECA,
Yearbook Staff; Academic Bowl Team, and the Diplomat
Organization. After graduation I plan on attending
college. Georgia State University and Mercer University
are my top choices. I will major in secondary education
so that I can become a high school teacher, and
eventually a college professor. A quote that I will live

Jermaine Morell is a native of Sylvania, GA, where he attended Screven County High School. There, he
was a member of the Screven County High School Marching, Concert and Jazz bands. He was an All-
State finalist for symphonic trumpet and he made District One Honor Band for 6 consecutive years.
Upon high school graduation, Mr. Morell attended the nations only secondary school devoted solely
to music education, VanderCook College of Music, in Chicago Illinois. While at VanderCook, Mr. Morell
had many musical opportunities. He played professionally for various jazz clubs, schools and theatre
companies. He served as chief of staff for Bands of America National Marching and Concert Band
Competitions in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Morell was also chief of staff at the Midwest Band and
Orchestra Clinic in Chicago. This event is the largest music convention in the world! Mr. Morell also had
the distinguished opportunity to serve as the personal bodyguard of virtuoso trumpet artist,
Wynton Marsalis. Before his move to Macon, Mr. Morell taught at Hillcrest High School in Country Club
Hills, Illinois. Hillcrest High school had an outstanding music program, placing runner-up for the state
jazz competition for six consecutive years and placing third in the state for Concert Band in
2002.This is his first year at Northeast.
