Dedication

In appreciation for unselfish
dedication of her time and talents

to this school, the Senior Class proudly
dedicates the 1966 Growl to

Mrs. Sue Ellen M. Boyette

We dedicate this Yearbook to her not only
for ourselves but for the countless others whom
she has guided in the past. We are proud to
have this opportunity to show our love and ap-
preciation for her untiring service to

Message:

Life is a constant series of rewards, pun-
ishments, praise and criticism, In school a
student is exposed to all of these elements,
His real measure of success will be gauged by
his ability to succeed with humility, to fail
with dignity and grace, to have an adventure,
to win adulation, to want to excel--these are
things of real and lasting value.

Message

Another school year is ready to take its
place in the long and interesting history of this
high school, This has been your year because
you are the graduating class and all the ac-
tivities have been focused on you. The world
does not offer you and your generation an easy
life. You will be faced with more pressures
than any other senior class in many years.
Those of us who had anything to do with your
maturation and education pray we have given
you the equipment necessary for you to cope
with these pressures, We will watch with great
interest your progress through the years.

We believe:

That faith in God gives meaning
and purpose to human life;

That the brotherhood of man
transcends the sovereignty of nations;

That economic justice can best be won by
free men through free enterprise;

That government should be of laws
rather than of men;

That earths great treasure lies
in human personality;

And that service to humanity is
the best work of life.
