Im Free
Dont grieve for me, for now Im free.
Im following that path God laid for me.
I took His hand when I heard Him call;
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day;
To laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way;
Ive found that peace at the close of the day.
If my parting has left a void, then flU it with
remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss; Ah yes!
These things, I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow;
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My lifes been full. Ive savored much; good friends, good
times, and a loved ones touch
Perhaps my time seemed aU to brief;
Dont lengthen it now with undue grief;
Lift up your heart and share with me;
Dont grieve for me now, for now Im free

I AM GONE HOME
The time has come to say goodbye,
And though we live we all must die.
So please be strong and keep holding on,
Dont shed wild tears and wonder why.
You see God has a plan for each of us.
These things we cant control.
But we must learn to accept and trust.
As we travel down Hfes rough road.
But there is great joy in knowing.
That someday well meet again.
In a land of milk and honey flowing
In a land thats free from evil and sin.
So do not despair just keep the faith.
And family keep pressing on.
For there is a time we all must go,
And now I am gone home.
