Sergeant Major Perry C. Goodrich was a Union soldier. He enlisted on October 19, 1861, in the 1st Wisconsin Cavalry. He was appointed Sergeant on May 1, 1862 and to Sergeant Major on April 18, 1864. Goodrich mustered out of the service on February 10, 1865.
