The last Annual Report of this office for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1931, showed a balance in the Treasury of $2,107,447.83
Since that date this office has received and certified to the
Comptroller-General, as shown by Table I of this report,
the sum of

BONDED DEBT
The Bonded Debt of this State, as set forth in Exhibit 3, shows the outstanding indebtedness on December 31, 1932, to be $4,477,202.00.
The sixteenth installment of bonds amounting to $100,000.00 issued under an Act of 1899, due January 1, 1932, and obligations of the State University amounting to $3,000.00 were paid.
FUEL OIL TAX TO COUNTIES
During the year this office disbursed quarterly to the counties, as approved by the Acts of the General Assembly, their pro rata of the Fuel Oil Tax Funds. The distributions were based upon the amounts received and credited to the counties from the fuel oil distributors to the date of payment into the Treasury, less cost of collection, as provided by law, and upon the State Aid System Mileage in each county to the entire system, which is furnished this office quarterly by the State Highway Department. Delinquent payments are accounted for and disbursed at each next quarterly distribution.
TREASURER'S REPORT
The Fuel Oil Tax Funds set aside to counties, collected and paid into the Treasury during the year 1932 aggregated $2,000,926.07. Payments brought forward from 1931 amounted to $381,293.25.
This office disbursed from the above amount $2,054,032.05 and carried forward to 1933 a balance of $328,187.27, which will be added to the amount collected for counties in January 1933, to be disbursed at that time.

FEDERAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION FUNDS
Under an Act of the Legislature approved August 21, 1917, accepting the provisions of an Act of Congress to provide for the promotion of Vocational Education in this State, the State Treasurer is made custodian of all monies from the National Government for that purpose.
This Act provides that the custodian shall pay out said money on warrants signed by the Secretary of the State Board of Vocational Education created by said Act.
Under the terms and provisions of said Act above referred to the Treasurer has received and disbursed this money in accordance with the Act, as set forth in the following condensed statement of that account.
