WEB DESIGN
Purpose: The Web Design Office of the Administrative Office of the Courts of Georgia shall implement all software
features necessary to configure a Judicial Branch website that will generate interest in its readers, establish a communications portal among members of the judicial community, and continuously present
timely, accurate, and relevent information to its readers.
What the Web Design Office
Can Do for You
Design a basic web page for your court or office.
Develop a basic web strategy to assist you in quickly launching an effective website.
Link your existing site to the Judicial Branch web page.
Update or re-engineer your web page. Research and recommend web design
software that you can use locally. Research, locate, and provide you
with web-based research sites.

INFORMATION SERVICES
Purpose: The Information Services section shall implement, maintain, and continuously monitor a database that
will have complete and accurate mailing, telephone, and electronic communication addresses and basic demographic information for the
judicial community.
What the Information Services Section Can Do for You
Provide mailing labels for a specific judicial group at no cost or for a nominal charge, usually not more than the price of the labels.
Set up a group of identifiers for your specific purposes and associate members with that group for targeted mailing.
Provide an accurate count of the number of judges in each class of court.
Present basic demographic information about court personnel of the State of Georgia.

ACTIVITIES
Publish Web Currents, a bulletin covering breaking issues in web-based administrative applications and information technology.
Monitor national, regional, state, and local seminars and workshops on web design, software training, and other areas dealing directly with improvement in judicial administration.
Track, abstract, and accumulate up-todate information about basic software that can be shared with users in the judicial community.
Update and maintain the existing Administrative Office of the Courts web page and move toward a more sophisticated site emphasizing information exchange, information resources, and users in the judicial community.
